LEADERSHIP

Many Government leaders are confused or just simply do not know the Traits and Principles of leadership. The most important factor in Leadership is to set the example and do not expect from your subordinates to perform a task that you would not do also.
Leaders are usually promoted through the ranks in the military arena. Experience is the main trait of being a great and successful leader. Leaders can not be labeled a leader by position and expect them to lead a staff or be a Commander In Chief  (The President).
Great leaders are ones that takes the advice of their experienced subordinates. Military leaders seek the advise of the Non Commissioned Officers that are under their command. Those leaders that think they know everything  are in for surprises and usually will not be able to seek advice based on this demeanor, attitude and know it all attitude. Many experienced leaders will allow a person of this character to fail instead of providing advice.

The President made a statement that he had no knowledge of the gun deal in Mexico (Fast and Furious), nor did he notify the Attorney General to proceed with such a program under the control of the ATF. It does not matter if either the Attorney General or the President had knowledge of such a program or not. The President hires his White House Staff members and probably allows the staff to hire their own staff members or he personally approves them prior to hiring. The position you occupy automatically makes you responsible for all staff members and their job performance. Subordinates that fail to function properly during the performance of their duties is the responsibility of the leader at the top, there is no passing the BUCK.

A leaders failure to establish standard operating procedures for employees to use as a guide in the performance of their duties is as responsible as the employees that failed to perform. The leader can hold personnel responsible and take corrective action to solve the issue or dismiss the guilty employee. Punishment can roll down hill but not the BUCK, this stops with the leader at the top that does the hiring and firing.
To be untruthful as a leader is not just merely telling a small lie or stretching the truth, but he is labeled as a LIAR. Politics as usual is to use bribery or make deals under the table and tell lies or to hide the truth from other members of the government and the people.

I did not mean to say it that way or you miss understood what I said. To make excuses and not admit responsibility is to be labeled a LIAR.
Allowing fraud within the government and not punish the responsible parties is in fact breaking the law. Having two sets of laws---one for the people and one for the Government is fraud also and considered a felony.
Passing laws allowing homosexuality or things in conflict or violation of Gods law is against the Constitution and goes against the Founding Fathers foundation of this Republic.

Leadership!!" The President is the leader in charge of the US Government---the Senate---The House---The Executive Branch. Any laws violated by any member of these branches is accountable to the Senior Leader and the one in charge!" (President)--Failure to punish or take corrective action is a failure to perform his duties.

Members guilty of these job performance violations--Disobeying the law of the land and being labeled a Liar is in direct violation of their Oath of Office and is grounds for removal from office and to be prosecuted by the appropriate authority.

God tells us in the Bible--Leaders that fail to ask for his guidance in leading a nation and to lead a nation astray and away from their creator will be punishable under Gods law. He will hold all leaders of all nations accountable for their actions.
