PHOTO ID

We debate the issue of American Citizens and being able to identify them and insure they are able to provide the proper documentation to support their claim.
Age 65, the Social Security Board requires a Birth Certificate to prove you have reached the proper age of eligibility.
Birth Certificate is required to obtain a Military ID card.
Birth Certificate is required to obtain a Marriage License
Birth Certificate is required to obtain a State Drivers License with Photo ID
Passport, Visa or Military ID card  is required to travel between countries and to enter the United States.
Photo ID required to purchase tobacco or alcohol products.
State Drivers License with a current home residence is required to register as a voter. Upon registration that person will be added to a county register and will receive a Voter Card in the mail. All of this documentation must be presented at the voting poll prior to casting a vote. In the event your address has changed since you applied for a drivers license than you must produce a current utility bill to verify your stated address. You will be reported to the State Division Of Motor Vehicles at which time you must renew your state drivers license and could face a fine for not renewing the license upon address change.
State Hunting& Fishing Licenses can only be purchased by presenting a valid state drivers license.
State renewal of licenses to include vehicle registration can only be accompanied by the use of a valid state drivers license with a Photo ID.
Citizens must present a photo id when ask for by law enforcement officers---(State Drivers License) and proof of insurance.

Federal & State Entitlements

Federal Retirement Pensions require proper proof of identification upon applying for pensions. Photo Id's is required to cash a Federal Check.
When applying for food stamps a citizen must present proof of identification to enroll and to receive such benefits.
Federal Housing---Proof of identification is required to qualify and obtain public housing.

SUMMARY------So many times we are required to show proof of identification to obtain the entitlements or the things we need. Can you imagine going into a bank and say I want some of my money. You are ask for a Account Card, ID card and you say I do not have one. Good Luck on getting your money or buying a car or getting anything on the credit without showing a ID Card.
The ID Card debate is being used for one purpose and one purpose only----To allow illegals to vote in support of a Political Party, regardless of the law.
All States should be UNTIED on this issue of identification.
Some people say a mandated ID Card system is unconstitutional-----A Federal Mandate yes, but not by the states.----Federal Jobs and the Military do require a Federal ID, but this is their responsibility under the Constitution-----National Security.
