In the political arena we have two major figures that represents Power and Authority. The White House and the Office of the President is the second most powerful figure. At times he may think he is the number one authority and the reason he thinks this way is because the American people has not dusted his big britches to show him who is Boss.
The most powerful influence is We The People. When the American People decide to show their power this debate as to whom holds the power and authority will end. When the people decide to unite and take positive action against our White House than we can show who holds the real Power and Authority.
In the mean time we have elected a man as President to represent and (serve) the people, protect the country and follow the guidelines / Laws written into our Constitution and the Laws of the land. The ultimate authority on the hill is the US Congress that makes and enforces all laws of the land and maintains order within the legislative branch , executive branch and all branches of the government.
The President is not a political appointee but is suppose to be elected by the majority of the people through a fair and impartial national election, not to be used by a political party to gain complete power and attempt to install a monarch type government or one that goes against the will of the people.
Cabinet members of the president are suppose to be interviewed by Congress and determine if they are suitable to serve the people not one man or a political party. A government, the president to include all lawmakers have the wrong idea as to who really is the US Government----Those on the Hill or the People.
In an attempt to abolish the Constitution without the consent of the people is not representing or being of service to the people but is an attempt to force the people (the majority) to become servants to a government that has overstepped boundaries by its abuse of power, the executive order, bypassing the congress and using back door tactics to gain advantage and force their will upon the people. The American people under the Constitution has the Power and Authority to abolish any form of government declared to be a threat to the people, the national defense of the nation, treasonous acts, aiding and abiding enemies of our nation.
The people also has the power to recall any lawmaker that is in violation of their Oath of Office. People do tends to lie when in office to support a buddy, a bill, repay a favor or take a bribe for a number of different reasons. Those in government refuse to use the word Liar because it may be considered to strong of a word to label people when they tell a small lie in order to do their job.----All of our lawmakers from the office of the president downward, took the oath of office and swore under God to fulfill their duties of office. God tells us if you lie, you are a Liar and not a Christian or of God. Do you really think it is acceptable to lie in the line of duty while serving the people and do you really think God will accept that as a Godly gesture or will it get you a trip to Hell along with all of the other liars, thieves, whore mongers, unbelievers and evil people.
The president selects all cabinet members to serve and do his will or follow written policies in the performance of their job. Any appointee that makes a decision is doing so in the name of the president and has the green light to do so or to notify him when a decision is not clear. These appointees hire their staff members to do the same.
These people are warned about their failures, stepping over boundaries, abuse of power or taking matters into their own hands. Those that do fail in their duties usually will be because they did not know or was told to do it.
It does not really matter as to how things transpires on the job, whether told personally to do something or you made an unwise decision as an appointee. The Buck stops with the person that hired the appointee / cabinet member.
If you are the President of the United States, you tell a staff officer / cabinet member to do something, when it backfires on you and you lie to protect yourself than you are a LIAR. Men do not lie to protect the office, they lie to protect themselves from being prosecuted by the Congress, the courts or the people.
I would pass a federal law that would require all lawmakers to take a lie detector test when deemed appropriate, agree to disclose all bank accounts and pass a law that would prevent anyone in the government from sealing any documents to protect themselves or others. Any action taken to prevent an appropriate investigation.
Be a man-----Man up when you are wrong---Your memory is not that long to hide all of the lies and you can not write them down for fear of being found out through a whistle blower.
I would also mandate a federal prison sentence for any lawmaker that makes a threat to any worker to hide evidence.
To think all lawmakers are honest-----Put that statement in a bucket and throw it out the window.-----We have too many crooks, rhino's thieves, terrorist, and homesteaders that all need to go. Get a real job---Do a service for your country---Serve the Government
AMERICA---You placed him in office----Accept it---Do something about it-------Or SHUT UP
